Booking Full payment of the rental rate plus a $500 refundable security deposit is due to finalize a reservation. Cancellations Reservations canceled 60 days or more prior to check in are refunded in full. Reservations canceled 30-60 prior to check-in are entitled to 50% refund. Deposit is forfeit for reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to check in.
Description Guests enter Marisombra through the wrought iron gates leading into the walled inner courtyard and pool area. The design of Marisombra encourages outdoor living space, with a patio dining room and lots of open terrace with hammocks and rockers.
The air conditioned living/kitchen area faces toward the patio (with views to the ocean as well) as do the three air conditioned bedrooms on the first floor. The Master Bedroom (air conditioned, mini fridge, DVD) on the second floor opens onto a spacious terrace with views toward the ocean and the inner courtyard; it also enjoys its own private balcony toward the Pacific. Sit inside the circular tower to enjoy the sounds and breezes from the ocean or climb to the third story of the tower and be at eye level with the howler monkeys.
