You've seen the Tube-Master "Mr. Brown" on NSR, many times over the years and while most of us will never get barreled like him, now you can come down and stay at his house!

He lived here with his family full-time for 5 years so you know it's dialed in as one of the best possible places to stay in Nicaragua. Location is everything and you can watch the waves peel at Playa Rosada while relaxing in the pool with your crew. It's just steps to the beach if you want to run down and catch a few waves.

The home features a large living, dining, kitchen area for hanging out. It has a swimming pool to cool down. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor space and a shaded palapa overlooking the surf. The whole house has AC and there is "instant-on" back-up power that runs everything. If the power goes you, you won't even notice!

Located inside Rancho Santana, you'll also have access to all the amenities of the development including: brand new rest/pool/bar area, horseback riding, tennis, general store, etc! This is the perfect place for those who want a little luxury on their next trip and it's a perfect spot to bring the ladies and family with you.

A large indoor/outdoor lounge area separates the living/dining room from the bedrooms. That way, it's quiet when you want to sleep - even if part of your group is still hanging out.

Full backup auto switched generator runs the entire house in the event of a power outage. The system provides lights, appliances and AC for all bedrooms. Few other rental houses in the area have back up power that runs the entire house (AC included). This thing even starts automatically so you don’t have to worry about anything.

Within the Rancho Santana community where this house is located there is a full service restaurant (an easy walk or short drive) open every day for Breakfast lunch and dinner. There is a small market in the Rancho Santana and pulperias (small local shops) with limited choice in the villages of Limon (10min) and Las Salinas (15min). There are also some restaurant options in each of these villages. The closest market is the Palí in Rivas (40min). The best place to stop for groceries is a La Colonia or La Union supermarket in Managua or Granada on your way from the airport to the condo. We recommend stocking up on all of the groceries you will need for your stay on your way to the house.

Most major rental companies maintain a booth in the airport and it is possible to reserve your rental vehicle online before you travel. 4wd is recommended during the rainy season months of May-October. If you prefer not to rent a car NSR has you covered. We have a fleet of reliable trucks and vans ready to offer you airport transport and daily sightseeing trips. NSR can also arrange boat trips to other breaks in the area.

Surf

The house is located directly on Playa Rosada, a left hand rock reef that likes south swell and breaks best at low tide. A short walk (another five minutes or less) from Rosada is Playa Santana a peaky beachbreak that breaks best on a high tide. Guests of the house also have access to Playa Colorado and Panga Drops (less than a ten minute drive). The waves here are hollow and fast and can work at all tides. Panga Drops is a wave that breaks over rock and sand, it usually has more size than any surrounding breaks. This is generally a softer, easier wave to surf great for intermediate to advanced during the Surf Season and for all levels from November through March. The Popoyo and Astillero surf zones are within 20minute drive from the house. Manzanillo and Playgrounds can be accessed by boat.
