Description:

This wonderfully furnished condo offers spectacular views of the beach, surf and sunsets. This 3 bedroom, luxury condo is just steps away from the sand and surf at Playa Santana. Enjoy expansive views overlooking the Pacific from kitchen, living room, master bedroom and veranda. The traditional Hacienda style architecture is surrounded by beautiful gardens and a wooden bridge takes you across the river to the clubhouse where you can enjoy the pool, restaurant and bar. This is one of the only units with A/C in the living room as well!

Surf:

Santana, a fast, barreling beach break, is right out back. The wave bounces off a rock headland and sends wedgy peaks down the beach. You can simply relax and watch the surf from the kitchen, living room and/or porch from this condo.

Rosada is just a short walk around the headland. This left-hand point breaks over a fairly shallow reef bottom and is situated in a gorgeous, private cove.

Food:
Within the Rancho Santana community where this villa is located there is a full service restaurant (an easy walk) open every day for Breakfast lunch and dinner. There is a small market in the Rancho Santana and pulperias (small local shops) with limited choice in the villages of Limon (10min) and Las Salinas (15min). There are also some restaurant options in each of these villages. The closest market is the Palí in Rivas (40min). The best place to stop for groceries is a La Colonia or La Union supermarket in Managua or Granada on your way from the airport to the condo. We recommend stocking up on all of the groceries you will need for your stay on your way to the house.

Transport:
This Villa is located 2.5-3 hours drive from the airport. Most major rental companies maintain a booth in the airport and it is possible to reserve your rental vehicle online before you travel. 4wd is recommended during the rainy season months of May-October. If you prefer not to rent a car NSR has you covered. We have a fleet of reliable trucks and vans ready to offer you airport transport and daily sightseeing trips. NSR can also arrange boat trips to other breaks in the area.
