Full refund on cancellations made 60+ days prior to arrival. Cancellation fee of 50% of the rate for cancellations made less than 30-60 days prior to arrival. No cancellation less than 30 prior to check-in.

Description:
This beachfront condo is located on the beach in front of the surf (as seen in "Northern Nicaragua Surf Tours" and on the recent SURFER MAG cover). This convenient and comfortable beach rental option will see you settled in to your condo and in the water less than 2 hours after getting off the plane. The unit is well designed, tastefully decorated, and downright luxurious. Control the temperature throughout the unit with the central AC system. Relax in the high quality furnishings, including pillow top mattresses and King sized beds in the Master bedrooms. The condo comes equipped with a washer and dryer. There is a restaurant/bar/pool area on the premises and the restaurant will even deliver meals to you condo.

Surf:
There are a number of surf options available to you from fun beach break to piping reef. The reef out front is known for producing some of the most exciting and hairy barrels in the country. The beachbreak a short drive away is consistent through tides and great for all level. There are a number of reefs within a 20 minute walk or less that are uncrowded and offer challenge and fun for all levels. It is a good idea to have a rental car here to get to and from the beach break. Other breaks are within walking distance. 

Transportation:
There are several transportation options once you arrive in Nicaragua. In the dry season (Nov. - May), you can often get by with a taxi or shuttle to the beaches near Managua. In the rainy season (June - Oct.), a 4wd vehicle is necessary. Nicaragua has all the major rent-a-car companies at MGA International and reservations can be made in advance, online or upon arrival. If you decide to drive on your own, please be aware that Nicaragua has regular police checkpoints so follow the rules of the road and be sure to have your license and rental car info handy.

Groceries and Restaurants:
Food options are limited in beach areas.  The Gran Pacifica development has a restaurant on the beach near rental properties open for breakfast lunch and dinner. Los Cardones eco lodge prepares meals daily. There  are no grocery stores in the area, so you should stock up with food in Managua for meals you plan to prepare yourself.
