Hi everyone, this is Come Pan Panic bringing you the Monday surf report from out here at Playa Maderas. Today almost all the local surfers were out taking advantage of some of the better set waves of the day. It was head high with some sporadic overhead waves on sets with offshore winds and the water was a little bit warmer than yesterday. Check it out!!!

Our very own Pancho Sanchez made it out to the beach and was having a good time with a couple of good friends. Check him out looking good with a sweet spray on this left. Nice one Panchito!!!

Today we had a contest in the water. Who can do the most vertical move? Figure it out by yourself. Here we have “The Cowboy” Unser with a cool off the top on this right. We have not seen this guy taking the bull by the horns for a while.

How about D-lite on this wave, he wanted to show the cowboy how to do it with a killer style. Dui- Dui was surfing like a 20 year old kid. He’s like the red wine, he get better and better with age.

This guy was surfing by himself at Machete Pt taking as many waves as he could. Here he is with an interesting shot just a second before he did a nice round house. Check out how high the white water went in the background.

Luis “La Baloy” Chamorro wanted to show all the guys in the water that he can do some vertical moves as well. Here we have a shot of him attacking the lip of this left. He was super stoked to get in the water because he wasn’t wearing in wetsuit today for first time in the last two months.

“La Bestia” Calderon was out of control today. He was making some dangerous maneuvers and he almost hit a few guys in the water. Here we caught a risky shot of him cutting on Don Bigote’s head. That one was super close, be careful buddy.

Nothing is better like a sweet sunset and a few beers on the beach to finish the day after a good surf sesh. The surf is supposed to drop a little bit tomorrow but it should be still pretty fun to make it out. Please check back tomorrow. CP out!!!
